Due to the nature of the product we don't accept returns or exchanges.

However, if we made the mistake, we will replace or refund.  Please consider sending a message for us before adding a negative review if you can, we'd love the opportunity to make this right or if you made a mistake, sometime's there are inexpensive ways to fix it so you're not left with unusable nails.

*We DO NOT accept returns and cancelation for sizing/length problems. If it's our mistake we are happy to fix, for customer mistakes we offer replacement nails where you can order just 1 finger. Feel free to message us if this happens. If it's your first order, typically we do not charge for 1-2 nail replacements.
